[#KoreaStockInvestment] 20180927_Neowiz Holdings(KOSDAQ 042420)_IR

We introduce Korean stock. We visited Neowiz Holdings on Sep. 27th. They are located in Pangyo. Map Website Their business hours are from 9:30 am. ~ 6:30 pm.. We made an appointment to meet on 10: 30 am. The had a beautiful cafeteria. The IR team manager bought me Ice Americano. It was just KRW 1,000 in that place. We moved to the meeting room on the basement of that building. The are holding company which holds various companies under. But, the most part of consolidated sales comes from Neowiz, which develop and publishes PC Online game. It was not big hit in Korea. It was all right in Japan. Guess what? They are developing MMORPG for X-Box to release at the first quarter of 2019. They also have subsidiary company called GameOn in Japan. They will publish 'Air' in 2019. This game is developed by Bluehole, who made worldwide PC and video game called Battleground. We can expect extra profit from this as well. Bloomberg Quote Investment Points 1...

[#KoreaStockInvestment] 20180914_Dexter(KOSDAQ 206560)_IR

I visited Dexter Studio on 14th Sep., 2018. We visited Dexter Studio in the morning. The IR staff welcomed us at 10:00 am.. Here is the website for Dexter Studio. Click "Nothing great in the world has been accomplished without passion" (Dexter main homepage) I love this word, hope this company grows in this innovated spirit. They are located near to DMC subway station. Click Sales of 2018 1H are 12,646M; 4,682M for domestic, 7,964M for international market. Operating Profit of 2018 1H is -5,934M, and Net Profit is -5,971M. -> Sales are pretty same to last year, but the profitability got better compare to last year. But, the profit is still in red ink. The company told us it will get better by the first Quater of 2019 since the profit from 'Along with Gods' will generate by that period. The other variable is whether 'Along with Gods' allowed to show in cinemas in China. What we recommend in the current situation is that to hold until the en...

This is story I had on Sep. 11th 2018. I was heading to Ttucksum Station to have a meeting in JongRo. I met two girls from Singapore. They were looking for Marhen. J Handbag shops. We googled and navered it together. We finally found the address. Click Address Guess what? The shop was actually in YongSan area, not SeongSu area. But, anyway we headed to the office since we were near. We asked them if we can buy the Marhen. J Handbag. Yes! We could buy in Cash. They only accepted Cash. Thanks to Marhen. J and their such a kindness. I was astonished about the fact that people actually come to all the way to Korea to buy this Handbag. It costs around USD 60.
