So, FAQ asked her to remit 186,000 won (180,000 + 6,000 tips) until Oct. 10th 15:00, which is the opening time that we can start to reserve for that ticket. FAQ later find out that we need more detailed information to reserve tickets. There are 1) Full Name 2) E-mail Address 3) Contact Number. We also needed her yes24 ID number and password to reserve ticket for her since only the person who reserve tickets can exchange at the ticket box. This is story on 18th Sep. of 2018. Our customer wanted to send 1 box of clothes. FAQ asked 1. where from (Address & Contact Number), 2. where to (Address & Contact Number), 3. Time & Date (ex. 10~11 am. July 30th), 4. Size (ex. Width+Length+Height = 40cm), 5. Weight (ex. 10kg), 6. Type of stuff, 7. Price of stuff. We found that our customer wanted to send to Seoul and Incheon from Dongtan between 13 to 14 pm. of Sep. 18th.. So, we made an appointment for pick up by using 'Home Pick', which visit your place and pick your stuff in an hour, and deliver to designed address.
