his is FAQ story on 24th. June of 2018. Our customer was looking for Express Bus ticket from 'CheonAn' to 'Incheon Terminal 1'. FAQ searched and booked on Express Bus app.

1. Which date? 
2. Departure time? 
3. How many Tickets?





FAQ booked the ticket for 7:00 departure from CheonAn to Incheon Terminal 1. FAQ charged 34,300 won (31,300 + 3,000) for tips.




FAQ cancelled the ticket. It costed 3,000 won.




 FAQ booked the tickets from 8:00 am again. FAQ charged 5,000 won (3,000 + 2,000) for tips.
