This is story on 26th Feb. of 2019. Our customer wanted to move Sofa. FAQ supposed to ask
1. Departure (Address & Contact Number) & elevator?
2. Destination (Address & Contact Number) elevator?
3. Time & Date (ex. 10~11 am. July 30th),
4. Size (ex. Width+Length+Height = 40cm)
5. Weight (ex. 10kg)
6. Type of stuff
7. Photo
8. Need Extra Moving Assist from Driver? (30,000 more each for departure & Destination)

FAQ found that our customer wanted to send some suitcases and boxes to Seoul from Osan at 19:30 28th Feb.. So, FAQ made an appointment for moving by using 'GoGoVan', which visit your place and move the stuff to designed address.
But No driver got interested with 60,000 won. FAQ asked our customer if he is willing to pay more bonuses.
FAQ added bonuses up to 16,000 won, so it finally became 76,000 won.
Please remember it is service focused on moving by vehicle not by people. Thus, the customer needs to move boxes to vehicle. You need pay more money if moving from home to vehicle is hard. It normally charges 30,000*2 to help moving from one place to another.
FAQ charged 86,000 won (76,000+10,000 tips). FAQ will pay 76,000 to Van driver by banking transaction.
