This is story on 19th Dec. of 2018. Our customer asked FAQ to book 2 tables nearby window for I.O.U..

IOU restaurant requested 30,000 won for non-refundable deposit. If we eat at the restaurant they return 30,000 won, but if we do not eat at the restaurant and cancel the booking they do not return 30,000 won.
FAQ booked at 19:45. I.O.U. told us that we booked at seat nearby window at the first time, but they told us that it is table just beside the table nearby window. However, our customer still wanted to book a table even though it is not table nearby window. Our customer lately changed the time to 19:15 later, so we asked I.O.U. to change reserving time.
FAQ charged 34,000 won (30,000 booking deposit + 2,000*2) to FAQ.
Our customer wanted more choices, so FAQ told that he can find more by clicking the bottom.
