[#KoreaFoods] Lotteria delivery_20181219

This is FAQ story on 19th Dec. of 2018. Our customer was looking for Burger King Chicken Burger, but it was 23:57. FAQ found Burger King covers 24 hours delivery only in Seoul area. But guess what? We had other option as well. Lotteria opened at that time around Ansan area.

FAQ shared the link and asked which menu our customer wants. What FAQ like about Lotteria is that they have English translated menu.


Our customer ordered burger before, so FAQ knew its address already. FAQ searched the closest restaurant by using 'Nation of delivery', which is the most popular application in Korea, for food delivery. We had some problem!!! Our customer wanted to pay by cash to the delivery, but we had no option for cash payment on 'Nation of delivery'.  But guess what? We found the solution. We called Lotteria and found out that it is possible to pay by cash if we order by phone.



Our customer wanted to buy two Hot Crispy Burgers. Our customer paid 15,200 to the delivery directly, and paid 4,000 won tips to FAQ separately.

FAQ shared the information that it will arrive in 40 to 50 minutes.
