This is story on 1st Dec. of 2018. Our customer asked FAQ to translate in Samsung Service Center. Our customer was waiting for the cellphone to be repaired. But she had a problem since her cellphone was perished at there. The problem was that she went aboard after asking them to repair. But, the Samsung Service Center could not contact them, and according to the regulation, they need to perish customer's cellphone. She could get refund for the perished cellphone because she needed her own bank account in Korea in order to get refund. But, she did not have it. Samsung Service Center did not have English Privacy Notice, either. We found lots of obstacles living in Korea for foreigners. How can we solve this problem?
FAQ charged 40,000 won since it took almost 30 minutes for translating on the weekend.
