[#KoreaEntertaiment] The Lion King Musical Ticket reservation_20181005

This is story on 5th Oct. of 2018. Our customer wanted to buy the Lion King musical ticket, but it is selling out too quickly. It will release on 10th Oct. 2018, but she will have class at that time.

FAQ asked her 1)Date & Time and 2) Type of Ticket that she want to reserve.



She wanted to reserve 2 tickets for A seat. So, FAQ asked her to remit 186,000 won (180,000 + 6,000 tips) until Oct. 10th 15:00, which is the opening time that we can start to reserve for that ticket.

FAQ later find out that we need more detailed information to reserve tickets. There are 1) Full Name 2) E-mail Address 3) Contact Number. We also needed her yes24 ID number and password to reserve ticket for her since only the person who reserve tickets can exchange at the ticket box. We finished reserving tickets for her on 15:00. 5th of Oct..
