This is story on 25th Sep. of 2018. Our customer was looking for 'Boots from Aliexpress' . He sent us picture of product by Messenger.
FAQ already knew his address and contact number since it is not his first time doing online shopping through FAQ. FAQ quickly searched same goods from 'Aliexpress', which is one of the largest shopping mall in China. They also send goods to Korea as well.
He could not understand why the price is 52,508 won for the product.
We explained why through our captured picture.
He might felt this is more expensive than he thought. He asked us to search for other products. FAQ made sure that the former search costs 4,000 won (2,000 won * 2) since it is Korean Thanksgiving Holiday.
He asked us to find the above boots. FAQ quickly searched same goods from 'Aliexpress', which is one of the largest shopping mall in China. They also send goods to Korea as well.
He seems surprise about the price of product again. We explained about the FX rate one more time.
He accepted this price. So we asked the shoes size.
He told us he is looking for 250 for Korean size. So, we compared with the European Standard, and confirmed with him about the size 7.
FAQ asked him to remit 93,000 won (85,000+4,000 1st search+4,000 won 2nd buy). It normally takes around 20 delivery days. So, it reached to our customer around 12th Oct..
