This is story on 17th Oct. of 2018. Our customer wanted to change the ticket for Transport. He also asked whether he could refund the former flight he missed before. We called to Air Busan to check about that. We needed his full name, contact number and ticket number. We did not need his passport number since it is the domestic flight. Air Busan told us that he should ask to the travel agency since he bought from there. So, we asked him which travel agency he used.
