FAQ called the closest Mexicana restaurant, but the chickens were sold out.

FAQ searched other options by using 'Nation of delivery', which is the most popular application in Korea, for foods delivery.

Our customer wanted to order half fried & half seasoned.

FAQ thought our customer wanted to order half fried & half cheese chicken. Actually our customer wanted half fried & half seasoned, FAQ ordered wrong orders. But guess what? our customer generously understood this part.

FAQ asked our customer to remit 26,000 won (18,000 Foods + 4,000*2 tips). Our customer paid USD 26 by Paypal.
