[#KoreaFoods] Burger King delivery_20190114

This is FAQ story on 14th Jan. of 2019. Our customer was looking for Burger King Chicken Burger. Our customer wanted 'Long Chicken Burger Set' just like the previous order.

FAQ knew its address already. FAQ searched the closest restaurant by using 'Nation of delivery', which is the most popular application in Korea, for foods delivery. FAQ found the Burger King, and asked which menu our customer wants.



Our customer wanted to buy three chicken burger. FAQ asked him to remit 4,000 tips to us. Our customer paid 22,200 to the delivery directly, and paid tips to FAQ's bank account separately.


FAQ shared which time it will arrive, which was 20:30.


There was one problem on the delivery on this day. Our customer sent us message that Burger King Deliveryman forgot to give Drinks to our customer. FAQ called Burger King right away, and tole them to give Drinks as soon as possible.
