This is FAQ story on 9th ~ 13th Jun. of 2018. Our customer was looking for Express Bus ticket from 'Busan' to 'Incheon'. FAQ searched and booked on Express Bus app. FAQ asked the following information to our customers.

1. Where from (Busan nopo) 2. Where to (Kimhe) 3. Date & time ? 4. Luggage info.

FAQ made reservation for round tickets. FAQ charged 50,000 won (44,000 for tickets +6,000 tips). FAQ gave captured ticket.

FAQ made reservation for single tickets. FAQ charged 46,000 won (41,800 for tickets +4,800 tips). FAQ gave captured ticket.
