This is story on 31th Jul. of 2018. Our customer wanted to send clothes. FAQ asked 1. where from (Address & Contact Number), 2. where to (Name&Address & Contact Number), 3. When, 4. Size (ex. Width+Length+Height = 40cm), 5. Weight (ex. 10kg), 6. Type of stuff.

FAQ found that our customer wanted to send from DongTan to Seoul. So, FAQ made an appointment for pick up by using 'Post Office Pick-up', which visit your place and pick your stuff, and deliver to designed address.

FAQ asked her to pay 7,500 ~ 12,000 to delivery directly. and remit 6,000 won for tips.

So, FAQ asked her to remit 186,000 won (180,000 + 6,000 tips) until Oct. 10th 15:00, which is the opening time that we can start to reserve for that ticket. FAQ later find out that we need more detailed information to reserve tickets. There are 1) Full Name 2) E-mail Address 3) Contact Number. We also needed her yes24 ID number and password to reserve ticket for her since only the person who reserve tickets can exchange at the ticket box.
